Shipping & Returns

Please contact us before returning any product. All returns must be done within 14 days after product is marked delivered.

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received to allow communication time with the supplier and organize shipment returns within the 14 day period. Returns for products due to picking the incorrect size unfortunately can not be accepted at this time, please refer the the size chart and check your selection before ordering.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfilment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
